This project showcases Scratch Communication’s long-standing partnership between 2020 and 2023 with Mercato Mall, Dubai, highlighting our comprehensive work in elevating their brand communication strategies over the years. From vibrant seasonal campaigns to the complete overhaul of their customer loyalty program app, we’ve been instrumental in creating engaging visual experiences and effective communication tools that resonate with their audience.

Transformative Campaign Development: We’ve consistently delivered impactful campaigns for major retail events in Dubai, including the dynamic Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) and the highly anticipated Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). Our work spanned everything from concept creation and visual design to developing compelling communication assets that captured the essence of these city-wide celebrations and drove footfall to Mercato.
Comprehensive Brand Visuals: Our expertise extended to refining and evolving Mercato Mall’s overall brand visuals. This involved developing cohesive and attractive aesthetics for various touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand presence across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
The Launch of Privilege+ Rewards Program: A pinnacle of our partnership was the complete design and implementation of Mercato Mall’s “Privilege+” rewards app program. This involved a holistic approach, from conceptualizing the user experience and interface (UI/UX) to designing all visual elements and communication collateral that launched this innovative loyalty initiative. The Privilege+ app transformed how Mercato interacts with its customers, offering exclusive discounts, points accumulation, and exciting prize draws, all seamlessly integrated through our design.
Through this ongoing collaboration that lasted for a few years, Scratch Communication has helped Mercato Mall solidify its position as a leading community retail destination in Jumeirah- Dubai, known not only for its unique Italian-inspired architecture but also for its engaging customer experiences and effective communication.
